In these cases, check that the battery and charger are working properly.
For 6V and 12V products:
Check if the light on the charger glows bright red when plugged loosely into a power outlet (not connected to the product). If the light comes on, it indicates that the charger is working properly. If the charger light does not come on, the problem is with the charger.
Once the charger is plugged into the power outlet, connect the cable to the product to charge. The red light on the charger will turn dim or is off while charging. Once the battery is fully charged, it will turn bright red again.
If the light on the charger does not change after 12 hours, the problem must be caused by the battery.
It is also recommended to clean the switches regularly as they get dusty and therefore sometimes stop working for that reason. Blowing and cleaning them from time to time is sufficient.
For 24V products:
Plug the charger into the main socket. If the green light comes on, the charger is working. Connect the charger to the battery, you will see that it changes to red. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will change to green.
